Hi gang,

Liz and I are doing the shopping on Thursday afternoon.  I plan to be there at 6pm and I have the keys to get int the gate and the side door.  As Guy suggested, we will leave the front gate closed until just before our party starts.  It might be good to have a few more table cloths Bet if you can provide.  I think we only have light tan ones.  

Okay, I'm off to the mountain and then it's, I owe, I owe, it's off to work I go!

1. expected increase in numbers- could you refreshment folks let us in a little earlier, before 6:30, to set up more chairs, large tables, etc?  Need more good tablecloths?  (I have 3 flimsy plastic ones but not holiday colors, let me know)

2.  Possible increased interest in Memberships- my attitude is that the Nordic Club people may want to join our trips, and they certainly can become Members and come along!  I noted in my announcement that the BC trip in '23 was Nordic.  I think this could change the dynamic of our trip possibilities.
