This is a snow report from Adam Dean, Park Ranger at the Valles Caldera National Preserve.

Valles Caldera got 5 inches, but it has already mostly melted in Valle Grande. There is enough snow for backcountry cross-country skiing on VC08/Sulphur Creek Trailhead, but getting there on the road would be a bit adventurous/require 4WD/AWD with snow tires.
