It's probably too far away, but Chama got lots of snow. We skied the Chile race route yesterday while it was being groomed. The new snow was at least 8 inches on top of the old packed layer. Not sure how long it will last but thought I'd mention it if anyone is heading north.
Looking for a Class I, maybe 4 mi. ski for Saturday. Likely will ski up
by the Santa Fe Ski Basin, Norski loop, but curious if that back side of
Sandia might have even more snow. Anyone with thoughts on this?
