Greetings, All-  Our Egroups system gets frequent grooming reports from the Pagosa Nordic Club.  In the past we let all reports go out but they became so prolific that it was too much for our inboxes!  

Since I know many more of us now are enjoying the groomed tracks, I would invite you to look up the Pagosa Nordic Club at pagosanordic.com.  Its a big website, describing an extensive system of groomed trails around town, at Wolf Creek Ski Area, and also up the forest roads.

I haven't used their trails, but since its just an hour north of Chama it could be a wonderful new place to access.  Then there's the backcountry trails-  Lobo Overlook, Powerline, Gibbs Creek, etc, see backcountryrecon.com.  And of course the downhill at Wolf Creek Ski Area.  Lotsa snow!  And accommodations!  Possibilities for us as individuals, and as a Club!  Check it out!
