In getting supplies at the only store near the park, Doc Campbell's Post  (https://doccampbellspost.com/ ), I learned the owners, Mike Lopez, and his wife, plan to sell it. Mike has health issues and is ready to retire.  

If anyone is interested in a new business in an idyllic, beautiful location with a geographic business monopoly on park visitors and staff, I suggest you contact Mike either via his email above or by telephone (575-654-5025). 

There is no cell service in the park area, just landline and Starlink with wifi. 

I know this is an unusual use of our forum, but knowing how we xc skiers love the outdoors and nature, I thought someone might be interested. I have no other personal or financial interest in their business nor potential sale.
