[Tdstf] Canceled: WestConnect Transmission Developer Selection Process Task Force

Our April task force meeting is cancelled.  We are waiting on feedback on the draft developer selection procedures document from the Tariff Task Force.  Once they have completed their review of the document we will look to schedule a developer selection task force call.
