WestConnect Transmission Developer Selection Process Task Force,

As a reminder, our next task force meeting is scheduled for next Wednesday, January 25^th from 1-3pm PST/2-4pm MST via webinar.  An agenda for the meeting is attached, as is the most recent draft of the selection process procedures document.  I will step through the procedures document with you next week, and will welcome any comments and discussion during the call, but we will give you roughly a month following the call to conduct a more thorough review of the document.  We will then plan to discuss any redline edits to the procedures document at the February task force meeting (tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, February 22^nd from 8-10am PST/9-11am MST).
