Kerry, I'm drafting the 2020 REI grant proposal, targeting the improvements for the Palomas Peak climbing area.

Can I assume all "required approvals or permits" are in place for the kiosk, trail signs, and trail reroutes?

I plan to increase the number of trail signs requested.
