Hello All,

A project for planting seedling is being held next week on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Volunteers to help plant seedlings are needed. Under the supervision of the Sandia Ranger District Forester or the Silviculturist for the Cibola National Forest , you will be carefully instructed in the correct procedures for planting seedlings as well as installing cones to protect the seedling after planted. The project will be taking place at the Dry Camp area on the Sandia Ranger District. No prior experience is necessary. A mask is not necessary but if you choose to wear one that is fine. Please have closed-toed shoes, and gloves. Please bring your own water bottle.  Hats and sunscreen are recommended.

If you are interested please let me know ASAP. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me by email or phone at 505-206-9423.

Additional information to follow for volunteers who are interested.

Thank you all in advance!

Thank you,

Antonio S. Garcia
