Hello Everyone,

 

On Wednesday, May 12, FOSM volunteers will fell hazard trees in Sulphur Canyon PA.

 

Sixteen hazard trees have been marked.

Going from the entrance up the canyon, volunteers will be in the following groups:

Meet at  8 a.m. at the FOSM Guard Station behind the Ranger Station.

Bring lunch, hearing and eye protection, work gloves, and a hard hat. Wear slip-resistant boots, long pants, a long sleeve shirt, and a warm jacket. The mornings are still cool.

 

Sawyers and swampers working near chain saws are required to wear chaps.
