Hello Volunteers,

On Wed., June 2, FOSM volunteers will be splitting about a cord of wood on the Kiwanis Meadow Road and hauling it to the Mountain Christian Church Wood Ministry wood lot.

Joe Meade, a Lifetime FOSM member, has offered his truck and dump trailer to haul the wood to the Wood Ministry wood lot. Lou Romero will drive Joe’s truck and back the trailer from the Crest parking lot to the wood near Kiwanis Meadow.

Meet at 8 a.m. at the FOSM Guard Station behind the Ranger Station.

Wear long pants, a long sleeve shirt, and boots with slip-resistant soles. Bring work gloves, ear and eye protection, wood splitting mauls, sledge hammers, and steel splitting wedges. Bring lunch, snacks, and drinks.

Please email me, if you have questions.
