Hello Everyone,

This email announces FOSM projects on Tuesday and Wednesday, June 15 and 16.

1. On Tuesday, June 15, volunteers will install drip edges on the roof at the gable ends of the Yucca shelter at Oak Flat Reservation PA.
2. On Wednesday, June 16, volunteers will be felling, limbing, and bucking trees on a new section of the Sandia Nordic Ski Club’s groomed trails near Ellis Trailhead. We will be using chain saws on this project.

For both projects, meet at 8 am at the FOSM Guard Station behind the ranger station.

Wear long pants, a long sleeve shirt, and boots with slip-resistant soles. Bring lunch, snacks, drinks, eye and ear protection, and a hard hat.
