Hello Everyone,

On Wednesday, Aug. 11, FOSM volunteers will be constructing 24 feet of fence between the two segments we built several years ago. We will be building the fence with 8-foot long poles with a diameter of 4 inches. We will use smooth wire to fasten the poles to steel T-posts. Bring large mechanics pliers or fence pliers to use to work with the wire.

Meet at 8 am at the FOSM Guard Station to collect equipment and pressure treated poles.

Wear long pants, a long sleeve shirt, and sturdy boots with slip-resistant soles. Bring a jacket in the event we have a shower. Bring lunch, snacks, eye and ear protection, drinks, work gloves, and a hard hat.
