Subject: Filming at the Highway 536 and doc long August 30 and 31

 

Albuquerque, NM – August 27, 2021 – Sandia Ranger District –   Permitted filming activities will be taking place on August 30 at Doc Long and August 31 at the Sandia Crest parking area and along State Highway 536. Visitors to the Doc Long Picnic Area should experience minimal interruptions or delays to access during the filming activity scheduled for late afternoon on Monday. A portion of the Sandia Crest parking area will serve as a staging area for filming equipment and vehicles on Tuesday from 7am to 9 pm.  Visitors may experience delays on State Highway 536 while filming is occurring. Your understanding and support during this temporary situation is greatly appreciated.
