On Mon. Oct.4,  the FOSM Mon Trail Crew hiked Cienega to Faulty junction and continued to Elk Track junction to remove a previously reported 13" tree partially blocking the trail. While in route , a 6" oak was cut and removed from the down grade edge of the trail as well as several protruding branches from previously cut trees. A classically beautiful fall day with a welcomed lunch break on the way back by way of Elk Track and Madera Locura . The route followed can now be reported as clear. The trail crew included David McCreery, Silke Bletzer, Jamey Browing and Byron Garner
