Hi all - 

Last Thursday nine volunteers from the trail-building crew built (what turned out to be) the final FOSM piece of the Challenge Trail extension between Dry Camp and the ski hill. The Albuquerque Mountain Bike Association (AMBA) had worked south from the ski hill the previous Saturday, finishing just around the corner from the FOSM work site. AMBA returned and finished this piece of the extension the following Saturday, i.e. the "golden spike."

The plan for the day was rock work and more rock work... which is exactly what took place.  Kerry Wood joined and gave some expert guidance.
