Hello Everyone,

On Wed., May 18, FOSM volunteers will be removing 8 or more trees down on 10K North Trail. The attached Word document presents tree information from Bob and Sally Lowder.

We will be using hand tools, because SRD did not want us to use either gasoline or battery-powered chain saws.

Bring crosscut saws, Silky saws, bucking wedges, axe, and pruning saws. Also, bring other tools that we usually use when we do trail work.

Wear long pants, a long sleeve shirt, and boots with slip-resistant soles. Bring lunch, snacks, drinks, work gloves, and a hard hat. If you do not have a hard hat, we will loan you one.

Meet at 8 am at the FOSM Guard Station behind the ranger station.
