Hi everyone,

Today the FOSM trail construction crew had a short but productive morning before rain (and thunder) chased us off the mountain at noon. We were working on the Challenge Trail extension, between Tree Spring and Bill Spring. Next week we'll take a "break" from the Challenge to begin building some reroutes in the Ellis and Kiwanis Meadow area (see Sam Beard's excellent corridor clearing report from yesterday, Wed 27th). See attached report for photos from today.

The volunteers were Courtnee Bennett, Claudia Bergsohn, David Bernstein, Jenny Blackmore, Luis Cuadros, Byron Garner, Bruce Hansche, Jim Houle, Ralph Kopp, Larry Larrichio, Mike Madden, Tony Pachelli, Eric Russell, Roland Stumpf and Ralph Wrons.
