Hello Everyone,

On Wednesday, August 10, FOSM volunteers will buck, split, and haul fire wood at Tree Spring Trailhead where a 24-inch pine fell several months ago. Joe, Jory, and Tami Jo Meade will work with us and haul the split wood in Joe’s pickup and dump trailer to the church wood ministry woodlot. Dan Benton will arrive early and reserve space in the parking lot so that the truck and trailer can be driven to the restroom. We will be using Lou Romero’s power splitter.

Meet at 8 am at the FOSM Guard Station behind the ranger station. Wear long pants, a long sleeve shirt, and sturdy boots with slip-resistant soles. Bring a hard hat, work gloves, eye and ear protection, lunch, snacks, and drinks.
