Hi everyone,

The trail construction crew continues to build new tread on the Challenge Trail extension, moving east toward the old Crest Road. We are now close enough that we've started hiking in from the old road to access the work site. See attached report for photos and more details.

Jenny B will be absent this week, Oct 6. Either this Thursday (without me) or next, the plan is to begin work on some reroutes along the 10K. More info to follow. Once the 10K work is done we plan to return to the Challenge extension.
