There is a tree down on La Luz trail about mile  2.35.  Because of the slope of where the tree fell there isn’t an easy way to go around the blockage.  Hopefully, most people will turn around until the tree is removed. 

This is just below the medallion tree. The tree is down in an  area that is often in the shade, and because of the shade it is  one of the first places you usually see ice/snow in the winter.  To be clear, there was no ice/snow now! I’m hopefully describing the location well enough to spark a memory. 

Also, as a FYI there is a nice stream that crosses the trail about 10 feet below where the tree fell that Ive not seen before.
