On Wed., July 24, FOSM volunteers will fell hazard trees along the 10KN Trail in and just east of the burned area. Canyon Young, SRD Trails and Wilderness Program Manager, granted us permission to fell hazard trees here that are leaning toward the trail.

Meet at 8 am at the FOSM Guard Station. Wear a long sleeve shirt and long pants. Bring a hard hat, snacks, work gloves, eye and ear protection, drinks, lunch, and boots with slip-resistant soles. We will be using chain saws to fell, limb, and buck the hazard trees.
