FOSM Members/Volunteers

Hello Everyone,

On Wed., Oct. 30, the FOSM project will be felling 8 hazard trees in Capulin PA and snow play area. The maximum diameter is 20 inches.

This project will be another opportunity for some inexperienced sawyers to fell, limb, and buck a tree.

Meet at 9 am at the FOSM Guard Station behind the ranger station. The low temperature there at 8 am last Wed. was 31F. It should be a little warmer by 9 am.

Wear long pants, a long-sleeved shirt, and boots with slip-resistant soles. Bring work gloves, a hard hat, eye and ear protection, lunch, snacks, and drinks.
