The attached Word document is a report of a FOSM project to paint over six graffiti tags in the very large culvert under the Crest Highway in Tejano Canyon between Doc Long Picnic Area and Tree Spring Trailhead. The culvert is adjacent to a curve in the popular Challenge Trail.
