Dave Weaver's obituary was in the Albuquerque Journal on Sunday, January 26, 2025.

Dave died unexpectedly on January 9, 2025, in Lewisville, NC. Dave and his wife Fran Lusso had returned to NC in September 2024.

Dave and Fran were Life Members of the Friends of the Sandia Mountains.
