Hello All,
We are looking for a few adventurous volunteers to join us in brushing the Canoncito trail. A few weeks ago the Talking Talons Youth Crew helped Canyon brush the bottom half of the trail and we would like
to get a crew together to finish the work they started.
Objective: Brush the top half of Canoncito Trail with hand tools (loppers and hand saws)
Where: meet at the Sandia Ranger District. We will drive together into Cole Spring Rd and begin our hike at Canoncito trailhead.
Total hiking distance: 6.5 miles
Time: 8am-3pm
Date: Please let me know if you are available for one of the following dates:
7/21, 7/22, 7/28, 7/29. We will narrow it down to one date based on responses.
