Hello Everyone,

On Tuesday, August 26, FOSM volunteers will be painting the large horizontal beams on the Doc Long PA shelters.

We will be using step ladders in order to paint the tops of these beams that are several feet from the shelter floor.

We will use steel brushes and scrapers to remove loose paint before we apply the USFS brown paint. 

Meet at the FOSM Guard Station behind the ranger station at 9 am. 

Please email me if you plan to work so that I can get enough ladders for the group.
