Greetings!

A friendly reminder that our monthly General Membership Meeting will be held this evening in the SRD conference room (access via the north side) beginning at 6PM.   Dr. Les McFadden,  professor emeritus in the UNM Earth & Planetary Sciences Department, will be our guest speaker.  Les received an MS & PhD in Geosciences from the University of Arizona and a BA in anthropology from Stanford. He served as chair of the E&PS Department, and has received the Kirk Bryan Award from the Geological Society of America and the 2024 Earth Science Achievement Award from the New Mexico Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources.
