FOSM was awarded the National FS volunteer award and Crystal Powell bought a supply and were given to FOSM members. I still have 2, one well used and the other still new. I think Julie would know more about how/where they were ordered.

Jenny gave me a couple of hats that were given out in the past to volunteers. (See attached pictures) I'm trying to find out how they came to be, where the design might be, what they were given out for, etc.
