Hello Everyone,

On Wednesday, July 8, FOSM volunteers will work on the following hazard tree tasks:

Tree Spring Trailhead — One crew will fell, limb, and buck four hazard trees and leave the wood on the site for the public to collect with a permit.
Balsam Glade Picnic Area — Another crew will fell one hazard tree and limb and buck it and leave it in the picnic area. They will also buck two logs that are already on the ground.

Meet at 8 am at the FOSM Guard Station. Bring a hard hat, work gloves, eye and ear protection, lunch, snacks, and drinks. Wear long pants, a long sleeve shirt, and boots with slip resistant soles.
