Hello Everyone,

On Wednesday, August 19, the FOSM general project will be felling, limbing, and bucking hazard trees in Capulin Picnic Area. We will buck the logs to lengths of 4 to 8 feet and leave the wood for homeowners with permits to collect. Two trees are near the PA entrance, and four trees are in the lower part of the PA near a table and the restroom.

Meet at 8 am at the FOSM Guard Station behind the ranger station.

Wear a long sleeve shirt, boots with slip-resistant soles, and long pants. Bring a hard hat, eye and ear protection, work gloves, lunch, snacks, and drinks.
