The Sandia Peak Ski Area is celebrating the reopening of the King of the Mountain and Golden Eagle Trails. These trails have been closed by downfall and overgrowth for years. As you know from reading Luis Cuadros' reports in CTR emails, that FOSM's leadership and hard work by its members removed about 30 downed trees and significant brush this summer. These trails, which are open to the public, enhance the overall trail connections across the mountain. See the attached flyer for event specifics.
