 *Senator Ortiz y Pino and Senator Moores will be championing this policy
change with support welcomed from other legislators on the task force.  Our
Co-chairs and the League of Women Voters are collaborating to draft
legislation based on the task force’s recommendations.  *

In the meantime, I hope you all take a moment, grab a cup of tea or coffee,
take some time to read the report, and give pause for gratitude that when
we come together from across NM we do inspiring things!
