[LWVNM Action] Bounce messages from the Action list

A bunch of people got messages this morning saying their membership
in the mailing list Action has been disabled due to bounces.

I'm not sure why that happened. Hannah has been working on setting
up a Google account for YouTube (so we can post videos like the
Advocacy workshop), but it's not clear why that resulted in all
those bounce warnings.

Anyway, I've reset all the accounts that got disabled. So if you got
a request for confirmation, don't worry about it: as long as you're
seeing this message, you're okay and you're still on the Action list
and you shouldn't need to take any additional action.
