[LWVNM Action] Don't use a marker on your absentee ballot

Though the directions say to use a marker or blue or black pen, the paper is
thinner and the marker bleeds through and spoils the ballot! 
I used a Sharpie, which is what they always give you at in-person voting.
This is very serious!
