[LWVNM Action] LFC meeting now - methane rules this afternoon

They did discuss periodic reviews of tax expenditures in a general way. I think we will see that and more. 
Staff has mentioned it does not have the right software or data base for analysis. It has been studying NCLS, Pew and other States ideas. 
I would be happy to dig into it further, if desired.
