[LWVNM Action] Legislative Process - an overview

There are people moving into New Mexico, or are new to legislative action,
and want to know about the process. Disability Rights NM does an excellent
Legislative Toolkit. The list of legislators will change after the 2020
elections and some info relates only to disability issues, but this is a
valuable resource.
