[LWVNM Action] NM InFocus on Redistricting

The first 29 minutes for the most part on redistricting. This was done
before the final Senate map was approved. Luckily the Pueblos, Tribes and
Nations were able to prevail, but the Senate process showed the problems
with legislators choosing their constituents rather than constituents
choosing their legislators.
