Affairs Committee on Monday. The committee meets Monday, Wednesday & Friday
at 2 p.m. (Room 311)

AN ACT
REPEALING SECTIONS 30-5-1 THROUGH 30-5-3 NMSA 1978 (BEING LAWS
1969, CHAPTER 67, SECTIONS 1 THROUGH 3).
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
SECTION 1. REPEAL.--Sections 30-5-1 through 30-5-3 NMSA
1978 (being Laws 1969, Chapter 67, Sections 1 through 3) are
repealed.
