[LWVNM Action] Action list bounced mail

Some of you might have gotten some bounce messages from the Action
list today. It looks like AOL, Comcast and Yahoo changed something
in their email setting that caused them to reject mail from mailing
lists.

Our provider, SWCP, has changed a setting on our mailing list
so that the From address of each sender will be rewritten in a
way that AOL, Comcast and Yahoo won't reject. That means that it
will be harder to reply privately to postings on the list; but
it seems to be the only way that people using email from these
providers will be able to use the mailing list.

So, fingers crossed -- if this message doesn't bounce, then the
Action list should be working again.
