[LWVNM Action] SF New Mexican article on the Citizen Redistricting Committee

thank you for the article from the Santa Fe New Mexican. It gives me
confidence that the process will result in a fair and just process.
But, what happens when the Bernalillo County and City of Albuquerque
districts are redrawn?
I know because of population growth in the County that new voting
precincts were added this year.
