Not a surprise to me Dick, as Gina had a fantastic record for solving
problems when she was Governor of Rhode Island.

As the LWV NM is non partisan, I will not mention that a great many
elected officials of NM, fortunately former officials, were not capable
of pouring water out of a boot even if the instructions were written on
the bottom.
