I just sent Dick a sheet with some corrected names. Shouldn't public
official salaries be priority ones?
HJR 5 - is the same as SJR 4.
SJR1 - Amends Art 7 to allow DTS to vote in primaries unless the party pays
for its primary.
SJR4 - Amends Art.5 to allow for instant runoff for open nonpartisan
primaries.
