[LWVNM Action] Link to new districts

Good to see that they have some maps now.

If you want zoomable interactive maps, you can get them on
the LWVNM website:
https://www.lwvnm.org/districtmaps/
which also has county commission districts, judicial, etc.

The SOS site includes a PRC district map. I thought there were no
more PRC districts since PRC members are appointed now?
