[LWVNM Action] Draft Yazzie-Martinez plan

I have read the 55-page document and will draft a statement for the Education Committee to review. We will share the final wording we recommend with the Board before the comment period closes 6/17. The plan aligns perfectly with our updated Education position and is extremely ambitious in terms of its academic performance goals and its commitment to remedying and rectifying the insufficient support of the 4 groups identified in the Yazzie- Martinez court orders. There are quite a few important non- monetary commitments as well as monetary ones.
