[LWVNM Action] SOS site for all 2023 passed legislation

I guess I got it wrong. I thought the lawsuit was about pocket vetoes also. Live & learn.

Using other means to look at the web page's source (the DOM inspector, for anyone who cares) I can get at the links -- but they don't have messages. Or at least the first one I looked at, on SB83 "Cramming", doesn't: it goes to
