[LWVNM Action] Governor wants update to New Mexico’s Oil and Gas Ac

I read the Jerry Redfern piece.  I agree with Tannis Fox of WELC - we
should support the measures listed but should wait to see what is in the
bill that emerges from LCS.  We will have to watch for poison pills.

That said, we can likely support any of the proposals listed in the article.
