Hi, I was just about to send you a report.   You have all the updates,
thank you.  HB466 was amended so that the only thing it does is have a
hearing officer determine probable cause.  This is good.  Jeremy said it
will help the legitimacy of the Ethics Commission.  The general counsel has
been excoriated because of 3 determinations.  The HGEIC vote was unanimous.

SB53 (Holtec) passed on a party line vote.  Judy
