[LWVNM Action] Justice Kagan reads her dissent on SCOTUS 2019 gerrymandering case

In the New Mexico Supreme Cour'st order that stated that courts could rule
on partisan gerrymandering they cited criteria set forth in Justice Kagan's
dissent.
I read her dissent, but listening to her reading it is inspirational. Check
