[LWVNM Action] Legislative Council - June 26 - finalize interim work plans

The work plans & budgets will be approved by the Legislative Council on
January 26th. I believe the LFC and LESC set their own work plans and their
budgets are in HB1 - the feed bill.

The other interim committee work plans should be available shortly after
June 26th
